Jill Isbell CFP®
Jill Isbell, President of Creative Financial Services, Inc., is a Certified Financial Planner who dedicates herself to provide customized strategies that address unique financial needs of every client.
With her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Jill started her career as an accountant and advanced to Controller within an international intellectual property services firm. She transitioned to financial services in 2007 and earned credentials to be a Financial Advisor with T Rowe Price. Timing couldn’t have been worse for a move to the investment industry. She can joke now about the “crash course” that 2008 delivered on the stock market. She learned valuable lessons from that crushing experience, persevered and continued her professional development with Edward Jones, LPL, and Charles Schwab.
In 2015 she earned CFP designation and advanced to Vice President as a dually registered Financial Consultant for both brokerage and banking with Charles Schwab. With irrepressible enthusiasm for her craft, Jill joined Creative Financial Services, Inc. in 2019 and subsequently became President and owner of the firm. Her mission is to provide boutique-level financial planning services to help clients navigate life events - like divorce, retirement, loss of a partner, changes in income, marriage, starting a business, or growing a family – and to create short and long-term solutions to each unique need. Her foundation in accounting and tax planning is an advantage to clients who benefit from incorporation of tax strategies into financial plans that are built to maximize assets.
Jill believes that everyone should have access to reliable financial planning guidance. As leader of an all women firm, she finds it especially rewarding to help women make critical financial decisions through death and divorce. Originally from California, Jill came to Colorado in 1996 and found home in the beauty of its mountains. She is the proud mother of twin boys who are always her number one priority. Besides exploring Colorado, Jill also enjoys gardening and creating memories with friends.
Dedicated to her community, Jill serves several business and charitable organizations, most notably as President of the Pikes Peak Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Pikes Peak Lions Club. Relentless as both student and educator of her craft and striving to be the best in her business, she is a valuable resource to her adopted home town. Through every client relationship, Jill feels privileged to serve during critical and sometimes difficult moments of their lives.
Erin Moeller
Erin Moeller is the Chief of Staff at Journey Strategic Wealth, LLC where she skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues. She is responsible for a wide range of critical functions including managing all administrative workflow, client and firm communications, and vendor relationships. Prior to joining Journey, Erin spent over 11 years at TD Ameritrade where she began building her career in the financial services industry. There she excelled in a variety of professional executive assistant positions, worked closely with the Board of Directors, and most recently supported the President and CEO. Erin has a proven track record of exceptional performance in high-volume and highpressure environments, outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and meticulous attention to detail. She is an active member of The American Society of Administrative Professionals and is continuously invested in professional development through an outward mindset lens. Erin grew up in Latham, NY and holds an Associate of Science degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Arts degree in Secondary Education, and her initial teaching certificate to teach English to grades 7-12. She is passionate about organizations including The MakeA-Wish Foundation, SAY, and Habitat for Humanity. In her free time, you can find her skiing, cooking, or adventuring with her husband and their tabby cat Beans.

Yenni Cheshire FPQP™
I serve as Office Manager for Creative Financial Services Inc. Since joining Creative Financial Services Inc. in 2017, I have been diligently working on furthering my professional skills in the investment industry by receiving Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation from College for Financial Planning and am a Notary Public for state of Colorado. I graduated from Tarakanita College (School of Communications and Secretarial Studies) in Jakarta, Indonesia with business emphasis.
I have a passion for the investment industry and enjoy working with current and prospective clients. My responsibilities include general administrative duties, as well as a wide range of tasks that change day to day based on clients' needs. When I am not in the office, you will likely find me in the kitchen cooking, spending time in the garden, or with friends and family whom I hold dear.
Amanda Pasquale
Amanda began her career in the financial services industry at Northwestern Mutual in the Philadelphia network office where she wore many hats, most notably Assistant Director of the Financial Planning Department. She also has experience in the RIA space, most recently working in a client service and operations role. Amanda is excellent at providing operational and client support for advisors and is passionate about investment operations. She is also currently pursuing a planning designation. Amanda grew up in Binghamton, NY and holds a B.S. in Economics from The University of Scranton. Currently residing in Philadelphia, she enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and fitness.
Beth Brigadier
Beth has been in the financial services industry since 2005, and most recently worked at Osaic as Advisory Operations Director for their corporate RIA, Osaic Advisory Services. Before that, she worked at Buckingham Wealth Partners for 13 years. At Buckingham, Beth spent the first ten years on the TAMP side of the business before moving to the RIA side in 2019. As Director of Client Service for Buckingham Strategic Wealth, she was always looking for ways to enhance the experience that clients have with Buckingham and improve processes to help relationships run more smoothly. In her role, Beth managed members of the Buckingham client service team who supported offices throughout the country. She was also the client service support for the firm’s largest advisor for the last eight years. Beth grew up and lives in the San Jose, California area. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Beth has been a member of the Junior League of San Jose since 2006. She previously has held several leadership and board roles with the organization, including communications director, executive vice president, and vice president finance. She enjoys watching reality TV, knitting, and volunteering.
Ryan Simpsons
After graduating from Gwynedd Mercy University in 2019 with a degree in Finance, Ryan started his career in the Financial Services industry with Northwestern Mutual. While at NM he held multiple positions, most recently as an AFR to a top-producing firm within the Philadelphia Agency. His focus was based on investment operations with a mix of Insurance and planning. Ryan is pursuing his MBA with a focus in Financial Management from The Fox School of Business at Temple University. He enjoys coaching Lacrosse, going to the beach, and snowboarding during the wintertime.
Cody Capobianco
Cody began his career with Fidelity Investments out of college as a full-service Financial Representative. Most recently before joining Journey, Cody worked with Osaic as a trader on the equity and options desk. Cody is a proud Rutgers University Alumni. He holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Computer Science. You will find him at Rutgers football games in the fall and skiing in the winter.
Paul Vella
Paul began his career in wealth management as an investment research and portfolio analyst, where he provided investment management services for high-net-worth individuals. His role focused on crafting tailored investment strategies and conducting indepth market analysis to meet client goals. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Anthropology from Skidmore College. Paul is also a CFA Level 3 candidate, with plans to earn his charter soon as he advances in his professional journey. Outside of his work, Paul is actively involved in his community, serving on the Junior Board of ExpandED Schools, an organization supporting over 900 afterschool programs across New York City. These programs partner with public schools to provide enriching learning opportunities for students. In his personal time, Paul enjoys golfing and spending quality moments with his family and friends.
Jason Sangekar
Jason joined Journey Strategic Wealth as the Director of Portfolio and Wealth Advisory. With over 18 years under his belt, he brings a great deal of executive experience to his role as he serves our clients. Jason was previously the COO of an Institutional Broker-Dealer and also served as the Director of Investments with a Registered Investment Advisory. In these roles, he led the Investment Committees, conducted manager research, and managed the portfolios of Ultra High Net worth individuals. He earned his BS in Finance from the University of Delaware, holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is an active member of the CFA Society of New York. Jason lives in New Jersey with his wife Caroline and his daughter Ava Marie.
Mark Lebida
Mark began his career in the financial services industry in 2005 and heads the Investment enterprise of Journey Strategic Wealth. Previously, Mark was the Chief Investment Officer of a Multi-Family Office catering to cross border entrepreneurs. In his previous role, he headed the Investment Committee of the firm, managed multiple Special Purpose Vehicles and was tasked with providing market commentary and client communications. He has also worked in many capacities over the last 16 years- Investment, Advisory and Consultant including firms like Moody’s, TIAA and Schwab. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and received an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University. He currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is an active member of the CFA Society of New York. Mark lives in New Jersey with his wife Wendy, his sons Drew and Mason, and their daughter Mika.
